We’re in FL this week for a conference and wanted to have a nice dinner outside the hotel resort. All I can say is WOW! From the moment we walked in the door we couldn’t stop talking about the decor, the service (Cyndi was our server) was outstanding and mostly the amazing steak dinner. My husband bases his steak quality off of Morton’s, and said his steak dinner was better than any steak he’s ever had. Wish we had a Chops in CO, we’d be frequent diners. Thank you for making this night memorable and we will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Since restaurants have reopened we have eaten out at about seven of them and this has been the only one that did not require their servers and hostess to wear masks. It was a bit uneasy for us. But the food was excellent.

Loved everything about this place. Beautiful ambiance, great service. I had a 6 oz.. filet, cooked perfectly medium rare. So tender and flavorful, it was the best steak I ever had! Jalepino scalloped potatoes had a delicious cheesy sauce with a nice peppery kick to it. Their sourdough bread they serve with oil and butter was also great! The service was great! It is a little expensive but well worth it for the quality of the food, atmosphere and service. You get what you pay for! I was visiting my parents, I don't live nearby. Next time I'm in town I will be sure to return.

The atmosphere is straight out of a 90's movie and what one would expect from your typical steak and seafood restaurant. Is the steak good? Sure. However, what is lacking is any sense of creativity with the food itself. In other words it's boring. That said, if you're a someone who still lives in the 80's and 90's (if your from the Boomer generation) then this is the place for you!

We tried this place for the 1st time yesterday. OmG was it amazing! We actually ordered 3 entrees for 2 people because we could decide. So we had the Grilled Shrimp with Parm risotto- phenomenal- as an appetizer. The for the main courses we ordered The Steak and Tomatoes and the Short Rib Stroganoff. Both of these were fantastic. The Stroganoff was a hands down decadent delight. I will 100% be ordering that again. The portions are large and the sour dough bread is amazing! Early Dining is from 530-615 and all entrees are 50% makes this high end restaurant not only affordable but very family friendly too. They went out of their way to accommodate by 4 year special needa son.

Always consistent great food. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. Love coming here. This is an a la carte steakhouse. Pricey but well worth it.

All the food was incredible and my son keeps asking to go all the time now but I also can't say it enough how great of a personality the bartender had, think her name was Janette, she had really long black hair. She was very busy but treated us like Kings and never missed a beat, wish more places had employees like her. She suggested the NY Strip Testing Meal and OMG my mouth is still watering. Great atmosphere, Incredible bartender and Amazing food. Top Notch all the way around. Thanks!

I'm sure many people really enjoy Chops. The food was excellent but the prices were very expensive. I was surprised that our meal consisted of rolls, one side, and the meat/fish choice. Family members had eaten here in the past. We were definitely out of our comfort zone. There's no doubt that people come here for business luncheons and dinners. They have a wonderful selection of fine wines.

The food was above average, but not great. However, the prices WERE above average. In my opinion, Ruth's Chris is the finer overall dining experience if steak if one's preference.

My high expectations of a great steak were not met. My 14oz dry aged my strip steak was okay but not as good as ones I had at Capitol Grill or Jimmy P's Charred. However, fellow diners were happy with the trout and stuffed flounder. For those price points you better deliver.

Food was to die for! Very upscale, classy restaurant. The waitress was very nice and took very good care of our table. She also recommended some of the dish you see below. Amazing place to eat and very clean. I will definitely visit them again next time I'm in Florida.
